Alan & Co Estate Agents — Automated Property Platform

Alan & Co came to us with a WordPress site where every new listing meant a staff member manually copying details across from PropertyMe into a page builder — prices, photos, descriptions, all re-typed by hand, often a day or two behind reality. We built a custom sync plugin that pulls listing data directly from PropertyMe's CRM over FTP on a schedule, referencing PropertyMe's own S3-hosted images with zero local storage, so nothing needs re-uploading. The frontend runs on Breakdance with Swiper-powered photo galleries, custom SVG property icons, and SCF dynamic field bindings tying every listing field straight to the synced data. The result: listings update themselves the moment they change in PropertyMe, with no one touching the website to make it happen.
