Mearth - Ming YeMobility Brand Refresh

GenAssist Digital was onboarded in 2024 to redesign Mearth’s website, originally built in 2017, and support the brand with Odoo setup and email marketing until February 2025. Known as an Australian electric scooter brand and featured on Shark Tank Australia, Mearth’s refreshed website helped reposition its premium urban mobility lineup before the site later appeared inactive by late 2025 / early 2026.

Case study

Mearth was an Australian electric scooter brand built around premium urban mobility, high-performance scooters, and sustainable commuting. Founded in 2017, the brand grew its presence in the Australian micromobility space and was later featured on Shark Tank Australia, where founder Ming Ye pitched the Mearth e-scooter brand.

GenAssist Digital was onboarded in 2024 to redesign Mearth’s existing website, which had originally been built in 2017 and needed a modern refresh. The project focused on improving the brand’s online presentation, product structure, and overall digital experience, making the website feel more aligned with Mearth’s premium position in the electric scooter market.

Alongside the website redesign, GenAssist also supported Mearth with Odoo setup and email marketing, helping improve backend workflow and customer communication. The engagement continued until February 2025.

By late 2025 into early 2026, the website appeared to no longer be active. Still, the project remains part of GenAssist Digital’s portfolio as a redesign and digital support engagement for a Shark Tank-featured Australian electric scooter brand.
